Please join us in celebration of our newest land conservation project - Wachner Nature Preserve!
This 23.2-acre nature reserve, generously donated by Ann & Fritz Wachner, protects a portion of the Dorchester Swamp and a regenerating meadow. It supports a diverse array of species, providing essential habitat for many birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and insects.
This celebration will include speeches from guest speakers, a hike, and refreshments. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle.
This event is subject to COVID-19 guidelines at the time of the event. We will be monitoring the situation and may need to make changes. Any changes will be communicated by email to all participants. At this time we expect that masks will be required under the tent and where physical distancing cannot be maintained. Vaccination is strongly recommended.
