Steven Cornelius, Business Development Manager for Ontario

As an experienced business manager specializing in the Air to Air HeatPump solutions, Steven has a passion for efficient, environmentally responsible HVAC solutions. Currently managing the residential and light commercial business operation in Ontario, supporting a distribution network and the AEC industry. He works with all stakeholders as the industry strategizes to meet GHG reduction targets in Canada. Understanding cold climate heat pump technologies and its advantages over conventional heating systems, will be crucial for the future of the built environment.

Jim Bolger of Waterloo Energy - Geothermal

Business owner/operator of Waterloo Energy Products promoting energy-efficient, environmentally friendly heating and cooling options for customers since 2003. WEP has installed over 2500 geothermal and hundreds of air source heat pump systems across our province. Jim has served as a volunteer capacity on various boards in promoting climate change mitigation and carbon reduction at the local, Provincial & National level. Past president and current board member at the Ontario Geothermal Association promoting geothermal systems as an environmentally friendly heating and cooling option for home or business owners across Ontario. Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Industry representative for Natural Resources Canada focusing on the Market Transformation Roadmap for Energy Efficient Equipment in the Building Sector; served on both the air source and ground source heat pump working groups. HVAC Industry representative on an advisory board with the Greener Homes Initiative promoting increased energy efficiency and carbon emissions reductions for space and water heating.
