Nature and yoga have many benefits for the mind, body and soul, so, it makes perfect sense to combine the two. Join Leigh Shand, Certified Holistic Practitioner and nature lover, for a 45-minute yoga practice at either 9AM or 10AM (two sessions) at Meadowlily Nature Preserve in London. Please bring your own mat, comfortable exercise clothing, and a reusable water bottle. No experience required. Namaste.
