Nature in the City 2020: A Walk in the Woods

January 21, 2020: A Walk in the Woods

Forest therapy guide and trainer Ben Porchuk tells us what we have known intuitively for a long time – the physical, health, psychological and spiritual benefits of walking in the forest. He will also point us to nearby forest trails.

Nature in the City 2020 is organized by Nature London and London Public Library. The mission of Nature in the City is to contribute to the preservation and enjoyment of nature. Let's do this together by sharing information and stimulating an interest in the natural world around us.

There is no charge for this event. Seating is limited. People are seated on a first come, first served basis. We suggest early arrival for good seating. Families are welcome! Learn more about Nature in the City 2020 here.
