Climate Action London has partnered again with ReForest London, Thames Talbot Land Trust, Nature London and Pollinator Pathways to offer native plants for sale this spring.

Find beautiful, low-maintenance plants for your garden while supporting local non-profit organizations here in London.

Why native plants?
There are many benefits to gardening with native plants. Native plants naturally occur in our local areas and provide food and habitat to local pollinators, insects, birds, and other wildlife. They are also well suited to our climate and soils, so they require less care in terms of watering, fertilizing, and pest control compared to exotic garden plants. And they make for beautiful, climate-friendly, water-wise gardens!

Cost

$6.50 for perennials  
$8.00 for shrubs and vines
Payment is due upon ordering.

Plants are sold as 'plugs'.
Plug plants are grown and sold in a soft fibre liner that allows the roots to grow through - not in plastic pots. Plugs should be planted as soon as possible after purchase or kept well watered in a container until the time of planting. Your plugs will be given to you in a cardboard box.

All proceeds support environmental projects by local non-profit organizations.
