Are you ready to take your nonprofit’s vision to the next level? Incorporation is crucial to establishing a solid legal foundation, but the process can be daunting and expensive. This session, led by Benjamin Miller, Staff Lawyer and Policy Advisor with Nonprofit Law Ontario, is designed to guide you through every step of legal incorporation, providing tailored, cost-effective solutions and hands-on support.

Important Registration Details:

Each organization should register only one primary participant through the form. Once registered, you’ll receive a follow-up email asking for the name of a second in-person attendee from your organization. In addition to the two in-person spots, you are welcome to invite other team members (e.g., finance staff or board members) to join the session via Zoom to support your learning and implementation efforts.
