We offer two types of audits, EnerGuide (required for federal incentives) and Green Homes Audits (holistic assessment of home and lifestyle). Read more on each below and complete the form to select which one (or both) you would like for your home.

EnerGuide Audits:

  • Required for Enbridge or federal government incentives
  • Require 2 audits (first is 2 hours - $400, second is $200)

London residents can sign up for a Green Homes Audit to find opportunities to improve:

  • Energy Efficiency
  • Water Conservation
  • Water Diversion
  • Sustainable Transportation
  • Biodiversity and Native Planting

A Green Homes London staff member will complete the on-site assessment in 1 - 2 hours, and have a report ready for your review within 2 weeks.
