The Zero Carbon Building Standard v2, present and future
This workshop will review important foundational knowledge with an emphasis on CaGBC's ZCB Standard version 2 and will put forward the ZCB Standard requirements for new and existing buildings. This session will provide the opportunity for participants to learn directly from a subject matter expert with a live Q&A format. Participants will have the opportunity to use activities to reinforce the course material.

Manager, Zero Carbon Building Program
Fin is the manager of the Zero Carbon Building Program at the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), and represents the council as a subject matter expert in zero carbon design and operations through ongoing dialog with stakeholders and the media. He is responsible for the broad adoption of the program and for driving reductions in the carbon footprint of buildings through collaboration with industry, governments, utilities, and other stakeholders. Over the past two years he last has also managed the Zero Carbon Pilot Program in Canada and led the development of Version 2 of the council’s Zero Carbon Building Standard.
