Josh Domingues, the CEO of Flashfood Company, will talk about how his company helps local retailers reduce their food waste while feeding people affordably. Michael Kalmanovitch, the owner of Earth's General Store, will speak about how his store’s refilling program aims to reduce plastic waste. Saurabh Mukesh Rawal, a University of Alberta Ph.D. candidate in Consumer Behavior, will discuss consumers' psychology regarding wastefulness.
