TTLT's Nature for Nurture: Warbler Woods

Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! Nature for Nurture is a free program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the wellbeing of both people and the environment!

This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of Thames Talbot Land Trust's natural properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.

Mood Walks will continue for the month of August on Tuesdays with hikes exploring the scenic forest of Warbler Woods.

Meeting Place: 1968 Comissioners Road W. -Meet in parking lot in front of the trail entrance

About Nature for Nurture
Nature for Nurture is hosted by Thames Talbot Land Trust and Canadian Mental Health Association - Middlesex. The program includes Mood Walks in London's natural spaces and bus trips to TTLT's nature properties. Participants enjoy the wellness benefits of exercising in nature, while also helping the environment through hands on stewardship activities.
