Please join us for a free community screening of The Human Element, an insightful documentary by environmental photographer James Balog, which captures the lives of everyday people on the front lines of climate change. With rare compassion and heart, The Human Element relays stories from across the United States about the impact of a changing climate on nature’s four basic elements – earth, air, water, and fire – and inspires us to reevaluate our relationship with the natural world.

After the screening, stay for a dynamic discussion with four of London's environmental leaders:

  • Skylar Franke, Executive Director of London Environmental Network & Green Economy London
  • Genevieve Langille, local youth climate strike organizer
  • Gabor Sass, Professor at Western University Centre for Environment and Sustainability and London Public Library Environmentalist in Residence
  • Representative from City of London Planning Services
