Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! During the month of May, 3 walks will take place in London's Meadowlily Trail.

Nature for Nurture is a FREE program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the well-being of both people and the environment!

This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of TTLT's natural properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.

CMHA Middlesex. The program includes Mood Walks in London's natural spaces and bus trips to TTLT's nature properties. Participants enjoy the wellness benefits of exercising in nature, while also helping the environment through hands on stewardship activities.
