Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! Join us on this FREE BUS TRIP to the Bebensee Tract where you will enjoy a hike in this beautiful Carolinian forest and help monitor the health of Eastern Flowering Dogwood, a species-at-risk.

Nature for Nurture is a free program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the well-being of both people and the environment!

This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of TTLT's natural properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.
