March Break has become April Break and that means warmer weather and a great time to dust off the cobwebs from your bike and go for a ride! If you or your kids need a bike, Squeaky Wheel always has a great selection of used bikes and kids bikes will be on sale!

With new protected bike lanes on Dundas Street a group ride is a great opportunity to experience them firsthand. We’ll meet at 10:30 at the plaza in front of Covent Garden Market, head down Dundas Place and then ride the new cycle tracks toward Squeaky Wheel.

At Squeaky Wheel there will be free safety checks/ bike adjustments from 11-2 and a kids bike sale! Every bike with 20” wheels or smaller (ages 8 or younger) will be on sale! If you participate on the ride, the Old East Village BIA will be giving out construction $$ that you can use as cash to eat, shop or play at participating businesses in Old East.
