When August 02, 2020 at 4:00pm 2 hrs
Where Harris Park London, ON, Canada

Social Justice & Social Distance. This food is for everyone: activists, community members, radical anarchists, peaceful gardeners, pigs, those who love to share and comrades we haven't met yet. This giveaway is in solidarity with Black Lives Matter, Tent Cities, Indigenous Sovereignty, Sex Workers, Free Transit and Free Palestine. Bring signs, chalk and art to leave along the path in the park. There will be musical entertainment for people choosing to picnic (social distance style of course).

This collective strives to engender radical change to reach equality and sustainability. We hope to together learn about and dismantle: speciesism, racism, sexism, ableism, classism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia and all other actions and words that indicate someone is less worthy of kindness, freedom, peace, respect and all the other wonderfulness that we as a community can share.

Volunteers needed. If there is rain event will be held Sunday, August 9th. If you'd like to perform music, speak or volunteer please contact us. There will also be pens, paper and bio info to social distance write a letter to a prisoner, an activity activists like Angela Davis recommend.
