TREA is a local environmental charity (1986). It currently promotes waste diversion and local food along with fossil fuel reduction and active transportation.  Last year TREA visited local cultural communities on an environment 101 and started to visit neighbourhoods to discuss waste options. TREA takes an active role in reaching out to community to share information and help personal decision making.

TREA is continuing a series of unconventional free workshops this season. Our next one is on the topic of ‘Emergency Preparedness’, taking place on Wednesday, March 20, 7-9pm at Grosvenor Lodge, 1017 Western Road. The best way to cope with a natural disaster is by having a plan before it strikes. There's no “one-size-fits-all” solution to being prepared. Join us for a discussion on innovative ways to take action should the need arise.

This is followed by our next workshop taking place on Wednesday, April 24, 7-9pm at Grosvenor Lodge, 1017 Western Road. The topic will be focusing on 'Simple ways to reduce your Heating Bill and stay Comfortable'. Expect some non-traditional insights on ways to reduce household energy usage to save you money and help our planet.

Workshops are facilitated by Per Tonnisen, a local London entrepreneur!
