Board Meetings

  • Attend and take minutes at board meetings
  • Circulate minutes to board members
  • Set up Zoom calls, assist at board meeting

Annual General Meeting

  • Create package of reports for members for AGM meeting
  • Assist with zoom call, meeting

General 

  • Keep a record of minutes and directors’ reports
  • Keep a record of relevant TVTA correspondence
  • Maintain Board contact list
  • Maintain a record of In-Camera sessions
  • Send greeting cards as appropriate
  • Maintain list of all motions passed
  • General administrative functions as they occur

Skills required: organizational, high-level computer, administrative, equivalent experience
