Shifts:
8:00 am -10:30 am (set up team)
9:45 am - 1:00 pm
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Roles:
Set up team (4) (will ensure plants are organized alphabetically, with plant tags and signs)
Welcome Desk (2/shift) - pulls order confirmation and explains procedure for pick up
Order Fulfillment (10/shift) - collects the plants for each order
Floater (1/shift) - helps out wherever needed, may help individuals carry their order
Onsite Sales Assistant - helps with the sale of 'leftover' plants (we have to buy in flats of 28, so we invariably have extra plants)
