Westminster Ponds Centre (WPC) is looking for a variety of volunteers to help bring this new Centre to life. The opportunities to contribute range from project management to marketing, to social enterprise, to strategic management, to technical.
Given the unique opportunities and challenges of restoring and repurposing our historical building assets, as well as creating a showpiece of sustainable design and technologies, we are particularly interested in volunteers with skills and expertise in the following areas:
- Building restoration
- Engineering (civil, environmental, electrical)
- Construction
- Architecture
- Renewable energy technologies
- Energy efficient buildings
More broadly, we are also looking for volunteers to strengthen our Committee in the following areas:
- Fundraising
- Marketing, Communications & Branding
- Finance
- Government & Stakeholder Relations
- Legal
