Green Drinks is back in London this January to ring in the New Year! We will be hosting our next event at the London Brewing Co-operative on Thursday, January 18th from 6:30pm – 9:00pm. The London Environmental Network is once again excited to offer Green Drinks every 2 months in 2018, with the intention of highlighting some of our amazing LEN members at each event.
Its #WasteReductionWeek and textiles (aka clothing and other fabrics) are a MAJOR part of the problem. Did you know the average person throws away 37 kilograms of textiles each year, and 95 per cent of those clothes could be reused or recycled? Globally, textiles waste has increased dramatically due to the rise in clothing consumption and production.Read more
The Garden Club of London is a community organization that was established back in 1951. This organization has a variety of different projects and initiatives within the environmental community in London, mostly focusing on gardening and horticulture.
