Growing Chefs!

Want to be part of a team that helps Growing Chefsgrow?! We’re looking for new fundraising committee members! Our small committee wants to better support the big goals of Growing Chefs!, so we need you! The fundraising committee has been responsible for events like the annual raffle, Spring Dinner, London Knights ticket sales, and more! If you’ve got a bright fundraising idea, we’d love to have you run it for us. The committee also support sponsorship’s, so please join if you’re a talented networker with passion for our projects. ReHarvest was established on the belief that all people deserve access to healthy, nutritious food. By focusing specifically on community oriented food education programming, we hope to give people food literacy and agency as well as access to food they need.

Thames Talbot Land Trust

Work day volunteers  – Join Thames Talbot Land Trust staff as they conduct land stewardship activities such as removing invasive species on one of their many conservation properties. For information on Workdays and Adopt-a-Patch programs see our Events page.

Marketing Committee Members – The Thames Talbot Land Trust is looking for Marketing Committee Members who can help strategize creative ways to plan and enhance special events, contribute to the organization’s marketing plan, and help open doors to new sponsorship opportunities.

Thames River Rally – River Cleaners

Thames River Rally hols monthly cleanups of the Thames river and is always looking for more volunteers to help pull garbage out of the water. Stay in the loop by visiting their website regularly to find out about the next cleanup.

Thames Region Ecological Association

he Thames Region Ecological Association is looking for volunteers to help with their community programs this summer that support waste reduction and sustainable lifestyles. Visit www.trea.ca.
